POSCO ESM is aware of its social responsibility, and safety and health as key elements
and makes an effort to settle down safety and health management system systematically.

1. We establish safety and health management system; minimize the impacts on safety and health set an improvement plan and an action plan and keep carrying out corrective measures.
2. We conform to safety-related laws and regulation set internal standard and strictly comply with them.
3. We detect hazard factors in advance and create zero accident workplace.
4. We provide systematic education and training so that they can be responsible for the activities of safety and health and play their roles properly.
5. All the members of POSCO ESM will actively join the activities of safety and health and try to settle down zero-accident workplace.
